This three book set is the first half of the Sedona Files series. Each of the books has its own couple and HEA within a progressive storyline. Book one introduces the characters who live in Sedona AZ who watch for UFO sightings and alien activities. Not only are aliens living among us, but they've created human/alien hybrids, or super soldiers. Persophene, a psychic, and Paul, a ufologist, infiltrate the aliens' base outside Sedona.Book two features Kara, who operates a UFO shop for tourists, along with a hybrid who survived book one, and Lance, a former special forces operator. Think Pearl Harbor.
Book three features a MIB and reptilian aliens: angels vs demons. Kirsten faces off with her older sister Kara, her heritage, her destiny, and both forms of aliens.
While I liked these books enough to read and finish them, I never felt a connection to the primary characters, didn't like the relationship triangle in book two (especially the treatment of Grayson), and didn't like Kirsten's lack of commitment to Martin when it counted in book three. I will not be continuing with the series. It gets 3 stars.

The stories captivated me. The characters are full of life and personality. The story flows from one book to the next seamlessly. I loved all the adventure and action and had a hard time putting the book down.
Great read, well written with lots of twists! Really enjoying reading these books and I intend to purchase the others. Christine Pope is an excellent writer and I have read several of her books and have enjoyed them all!
Breezily written and nicely readable and lighthearted treatment of the alien invasion trope with delightful pop culture references. Not sure what the second trilogy set in Sedona might offer, as I did not find available books 4,5 and 6 as a separate set, only the entire six volumes for a single price, or as individual purchases.
Books 1-3 were hard to put down. As always, Christine you've hit a home run with this fan again. Between this series and The Witches of Cleopatra Hill, I'm double dosing! There are some other authors I really like but Christine has my full attention currently. For anyone reading this review, I hope that tells you something about how I like this series and all her work.
I have thoroughly enjoyed reading this series. It has all the features that I enjoy, aliens, psychics, suspenseful situations, heroines and creative dialogue and internal monologue. I look forward to following up with the rest of the series. Thanks Christine Pope for many hours of reading pleasure.
An exciting variation on alien invaders, Men in Black, mind control, psychic abilities, military-trained remote viewing, computer hackers, flying saucers, alien-human hybrids, an alien-human baby, good aliens, bad aliens, an exciting final showdown. Put together as a wonderful three-part story, skilfully told, with great well-drawn characters. I'm glad I read the series in order. Now I've got to find out what happens with Grace, that alien-human baby...
This boxed set had romance (with different main characters in each book), Science Fiction (Aliens), and Paranormal (Psychic, Native American Shaman). The books should be read in order, as the characters repeat. This is only the first three books of the series.
I really enjoyed the first book, because it introduced the locale, characters, and plot premise. I was a little disappointed in the main characters of the second book (in particular, the Love Triangle). I wasn't all that fond of the Heroine in the third book, as she seemed too immature to accomplish the "Save the World" scenario.
I'm not sure if I'll continue the series, as the second and third books didn't live up to the potential of the first--but this boxed set was still a decent read for me.
